Hi! My name is Amanda
and I’m a 38 year old wife and mom to 2 girls.
I’m just a normal mom living in the suburbs of Austin, TX, and I’ve
always loved clothes and fashion! I grew
up with a mom who was a professional seamstress and she made almost every garment
I wore through elementary school. She
also made both of my prom dresses and all of my banquet and school dance
dresses. At the time, I didn’t realize
how blessed I was to live with a custom dressmaker! I did, however, enjoy always wearing something
just a little bit different than everyone else.
I would say that is one piece of my signature style. I definitely follow trends, but I like to be
just a little different than the masses.
My goal for this blog is for it to be a place where I can
share current trends and my take on them, while showing others how to create
similar looks of their own! Looking put
together doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming. I hope that I can
be an inspiration to those busy moms, from stay-at-home to corporate executives
and everyone else in between! And
certainly not only moms! This place is for any woman looking to amp up her
wardrobe a bit or just have a little more fun getting dressed each morning.
